The kids loved the beautiful playground we discovered nearby, with plenty of picnic tables and barbeque pits. The breakfast had decent options to kickstart our busy days. The lady who checked us in was really friendly.

My kids wished for a bigger pool area.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Cotulla and Texas. Lucky that it was at a medium distance from Subway, offering food to go.

As for me, the location was nice, near Texas and Cotulla, Texas. Also, it was 2 miles from Martinez Park. There were beautiful & new-fashioned rooms with fridge and microwave, for example.

Don't miss the complimentary evening meals on select nights. It's a great way to save on dining for the family.

Facilities are clean and well-kept, evidenced by the comfortable and quiet King Suite. The breakfast offered was a pleasant surprise, with good quality items like fresh fruit and quality yogurt. The spa was unkempt with debris floating in the tub, very disappointing after a long day. The pool area needed attention, as trash was noticeable and impacted the overall experience. The issues with the door also added to the frustration, suggesting a need for better maintenance oversight.

Clean, comfortable stay

What a disappointment. I expected a king suite, but got stuck in a queen room instead. Then, to add insult to injury, the pool was so dirty that it looked like a swamp. I almost was going to leave a good review, yet here we are. 10/10 Would not recommend.

Unexpected spa disappointment

The check-in experience was effortless, cute me with friendly smiles at the desk. The room was, without a doubt, quite comfortable, perfect after a long day of travel.

I was disappointed by the state of the spa. The water was cold, and debris floated in the tub, turning my unwinding moment into a search for cleanliness. The pool area also needed better attention.

Had a nice stay with a clean and comfortable room, awesome breakfast selection, and the pool area looked a bit neglected. I'd definitely return again!

Great place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. On my first stay, the staff even helped with a wake-up call. I highly recommend enjoying the decent breakfast options.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast options

I had a pleasant night in a verysuper clean and cozy room, complete with quality bathroom amenities like nice shampoo and soap. The breakfast was simple yet high quality, with fresh fruit and a good selection of yogurt. Check-in was easy, especially since I arrived late at night. The only downside was that the breakfast attendant seemed overwhelmed and food took a while to be replenished, which could be improved.

The holiday inn express provided a good stay! The breakfast had a great variety like pancakes and sausage. The staff were super friendly and always eager to help. They kept everything tidy and the rooms were very clean and well-kept.
